Model 100 Blower

The Capitol machine model 100 is designed for the large jobs that require high productivity. To give you a realistic idea of the power and performance of this machine it will blow an R-30 in a 2000 square foot house in approximately 45 minutes or less. It can also be used for those smaller jobs as well. Equipped with a 20HP variable speed Electric start Kohler engine, adjustable material gate and an air flow control valve the model 100 can be slowed down to basically whatever speed, production and coverage is necessary for any job. It has a 3 1/2″ feeder outlet that can be reduced down as low as 2 1/2″ which allows you to use this same machine for wet applications as well. Water pump is optional. The Capitol machine model 100 has three augurs that precondition your material prior to entering the feeder box and then into the 12″x 16″ airlock system that allows for just the right fluff and coverage. It has our revolutionary u-shaped feeder system that gives you easy access to the seals which allows you to change the seals in minutes not hours. All of our machines our custom built to order, powder coated not painted and last but not least they are MADE IN THE USA!!!! We’ve been building Capitol Machine’s since 1975.
